Hannah Awonuga
After two decades leading award-winning DEI and cultural transformation strategies across global organisations, I saw a persistent gap. Medium-sized businesses—despite their ambition and reach—were too often left behind in the inclusion space. They lacked the infrastructure, not the intent. That’s why I created the Inclusive Foundations Programme: to offer practical, scalable, and strategic support to the companies at the heart of our economy.
I’ve had the privilege of working with senior leaders across various industries and continents, building inclusive cultures that drive both performance and a sense of belonging. I created the E Framework™ – Engage. Enable. Embed to move businesses from awareness to action to accountability. Through this platform, I help businesses future-proof themselves by embedding inclusion into the core of their culture, leadership, and operations—preparing them to serve the evolving needs of their colleagues, clients, and communities. I help organisations embed inclusion into the systems that shape how they lead, hire, communicate, and grow. This work is personal, purposeful, and urgent. Because building inclusive businesses isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s the smart thing to do.
