Hannah Awonuga 

After two decades leading award-winning DEI and cultural transformation strategies across global organisations, I saw a persistent gap. Medium-sized businesses - despite their ambition and reach - were too often left behind in the inclusion space.

That’s why I created the Inclusive Foundations Programme: to offer practical, scalable, and strategic support to the companies at the heart of our economy.

I’ve had the privilege of working with senior leaders across various industries and continents, building inclusive cultures that drive both performance and a sense of belonging.
